We recommend service intervals to be between 30/50hrs ride time or 2 - 3 times a year depending and how much you ride and what the weather conditions are.

• Slickoleum Low Friction Grease
• Fork Boost Lube 120ml Air Piston Lube (For Positive Side of Air Piston only need 5/10cc.) But now you have fork boost lube to maintain and clean your fork, shock and seat post wiper seals!
