25hr RockShox Monarch Service

A clean, re-grease and lubrication service for new or low-hour air shocks, or as a refresh between larger service intervals.

  • Air pressure recorded
  • Damper checked on hand dyno. If aerated, a 100hr service is required.
  • Mounting hardware inspected for wear
  • Air sleeve removed and cleaned
  • Air sleeve seals cleaned and inspected for wear. If worn, a 50hr service is required
  • Seals re-greased and reused
  • Air sleeve grease and lubrication refreshed
  • Shock air sleeve rebuilt
  • Air chamber charged with nitrogen
  • Air pressure returned to the original setting
