Fox Transfer Servicing
We service current and earlier Fox Transfer dropper posts. Each post is inspected during servicing and we’ll contact you before carrying out any additional repairs or replacement work unless an additional-work allowance has been selected on the booking form.
50hr Fox Transfer Service
A mid-interval Fox Transfer service for posts that have developed stiction over time or from sitting unused, with fresh lubrication and increased nitrogen pressure to help improve return speed.
- Dropper function checked before service
- Lower outer sleeve removed from the upper unit and cleaned
- Small parts cleaned and inspected for wear or damage
- Bushings checked for wear
- Keyways checked for wear and play
- Loose keyways replaced where required
- Seals cleaned and inspected
- Nitrogen pressure increased
- Fresh grease and lubrication applied
- Dropper reassembled to factory torque specifications
- Function checked
A mid-interval service to refresh lubrication, reduce stiction and improve return speed.

100hr Fox Transfer Service
A complete dropper post service to keep it running smoothly, reduce unwanted play and get it working properly again.
- Dropper function checked before service
- Post completely dismantled
- Components cleaned and inspected for wear or damage
- Bushings checked for wear and sized as required
- Bushings replaced if worn beyond service limits
- Keyways checked for wear and play
- Worn keyways replaced where required
- Seals replaced and fresh grease and lubrication applied
- Damper vacuum-bled, if possible
- Nitrogen charge renewed in the IFP chamber
- Dropper reassembled to factory torque specifications
- Function checked
A complete 100hr dropper service, with seals and lubrication renewed. Electronic droppers must arrive with a charged battery. Externally routed Reverbs must include the hose and remote. Damaged hydraulic hoses can affect compression or return speed. Serviceable hydraulic levers can also be serviced as part of the job.

Yes. Slow return, stiction and unwanted play are checked during servicing and worn serviceable parts are replaced where required.
