Custom tuning mid valve piston

At CJ Suspension we can Custom Tune the Mid Valve Piston.

Let us know which one of the two examples it is for you.

Not enough High Speed Compression - If you feel like the shock wallows into the travel too far, or feels like it sits too far through the stroke while riding.

Too much High Speed Compression - If you feel like the shock is too harsh and rides to high in the stroke.

Air Volume spacers

Changing volume spacers in the shock is an internal adjustment that allows you to change the amount of mid stroke and bottom out resistance.

  • If you have set your sag correctly and are using full travel (bottoming out) too easily, then you could install a larger spacer or more to increase bottom out resistance.
  • If you have set your sag correctly and are not using full travel, then you could install a smaller or less spacer to decrease bottom out resistance.
