We’ll contact you before fitting any additional replacement parts or carrying out extra repairs unless the work falls within the allowance selected when booking. If no relevant allowance was selected, or the cost would exceed it, we’ll seek your approval first.
MX Fork Servicing
A complete fork service to restore consistent damping and smooth suspension operation.
- Fork inspected on arrival for wear or damage
- Original fork settings recorded
- Fork completely dismantled and cleaned
- Internal components inspected for wear or damage
- Damper fully serviced with renewed damping oil
- Dust wipers and oil seals replaced
- Bushings replaced if required, at an additional cost
- Grease and assembly lubrication renewed
- Bath oil renewed
- Reassembled to factory torque specifications
- Function and adjusters checked
- Original settings restored, or a recommended starting point set on request
MX Rear Shock Servicing
A complete shock service to restore consistent damping and smooth suspension operation.
- Shock inspected on arrival for wear or damage
- Original shock settings recorded
- Shock completely dismantled and cleaned
- Internal components inspected for wear or damage
- Service seals replaced
- Grease and assembly lubrication renewed
- Reassembled to factory torque specifications
- Damper vacuum-bled with renewed damping oil and seals
- Nitrogen chamber recharged to the manufacturer’s specification
- Function and adjusters checked
- Original settings restored, or a recommended starting point set on request
- Spring refitted with original preload
