Parts availability and service support vary between models and production years. Contact the workshop before booking if your suspension is uncommon, heavily modified or no longer supported by the manufacturer.

The advertised service price covers the standard service work for a suspension unit in serviceable condition.
Damaged, excessively worn or failed components are not automatically included. This may include worn bushings, damaged stanchions, damper components, air-spring parts, adjusters, shafts, bodies or other internal hard parts.
The workshop will contact you before completing significant additional repairs or installing higher-cost replacement components.

You can deliver your suspension directly to the CJSuspension Queenstown workshop or send it from anywhere in New Zealand.
Remove the fork or rear shock from the bike where possible, clean off heavy mud and package it securely. Protect the stanchions, damper shaft, adjusters and mounting points from impact during transport.

Does the suspension have to be exactly 100 hours old?
No. The service name describes a complete internal service rather than requiring an exact hour reading. Service timing depends on riding conditions, use, contamination and manufacturer recommendations.
Does the price cover both the fork and rear shock?
No. The displayed price is from $300 per suspension unit. A fork and rear shock booked together are treated as two separate service items.
Are all replacement parts included?
Standard service components may be included depending on the suspension model and service requirements. Worn, damaged or failed hard parts are charged separately.
Will I be contacted if extra repairs are required?
Yes. The workshop will contact you before completing significant additional repairs or installing higher-cost replacement components.
Can I send my suspension from outside Queenstown?
Yes. Suspension can be sent to the workshop by courier from anywhere in New Zealand. Complete the booking form before sending it and package the suspension securely.
How long does a 100-hour service take?
The target workshop turnaround is normally 24–48 hours after the suspension arrives. Parts availability, additional damage or specialist repairs may extend the turnaround time.
