What to Send
We need the lower legs, CSU and axle for accurate bushing sizing and alignment. Please include all three components if sending your fork disassembled.
Additional Servicing & Repairs
Bushing replacement can be paired with a 50hr Fork Service. However, the damper and spring assemblies remain installed, limiting how precisely the bushings can be sized and aligned.
For the most accurate results, we recommend pairing bushing replacement with a 100hr Fork Service. This allows the damper and spring assemblies to be removed so the bushings can be sized and aligned to the correct clearance.
If we find damaged stanchions or lower legs that require additional repairs, we’ll contact you before proceeding unless the cost falls within the allowance selected when booking. If no allowance was selected, or the cost exceeds it, we’ll seek your approval first.
