Where can I find the Fox product identification?

Are damaged Fox hard parts included in the service price?
No. Damaged or worn stanchions, shafts, bushings, damper bodies, pistons, adjusters and other hard components are charged separately.
Can Fox suspension be serviced and custom tuned together?
Yes. Servicing and approved spring, damping or performance upgrades can often be completed during the same workshop process.
Do you service the Fox Transfer SL dropper post?
No. CJSUSPENSION services compatible Fox Transfer dropper posts, but we do not service the Fox Transfer SL.
Can I send Fox suspension from outside Queenstown?
Yes. Complete the online booking, package the suspension securely and send it to the workshop using a tracked courier service.
