CJSUSPENSION supports a wide range of current and legacy Fox forks, rear shocks and Transfer droppers. Exact support depends on the model, production year, internal specification, condition and availability of service parts.
Which service should I book for my Fox suspension?
For forks and air shocks, choose the service interval that matches the maintenance required. Complete internal work is generally handled through the 100-hour service. Supported Fox Transfer droppers use the dedicated Transfer service options. If the problem is unclear, book fault diagnosis or contact us first.
Where can I find the Fox product identification?
Identification markings and serial details are commonly found on the fork lower leg or crown area, rear shock body, or dropper post body. Upload clear photos if you are unsure which model or generation you have.
Are damaged Fox hard parts included in the service price?
No. Damaged or worn stanchions, shafts, bushings, damper bodies, pistons, adjusters, dropper components and other hard parts are charged separately where replacement is required.
Can Fox suspension be serviced and custom tuned together?
Yes. Where supported, a Fox fork or rear shock can be serviced and custom tuned during the same workshop process, including approved spring, damping and performance upgrades.
Do you service the Fox Transfer SL dropper post?
No. CJSUSPENSION services supported Fox Transfer dropper posts, but we do not currently service the Fox Transfer SL.
Can I send Fox suspension from outside Queenstown?
Yes. Fox forks, rear shocks and supported Transfer droppers can be sent to our Queenstown workshop from anywhere in New Zealand using a tracked courier service.
