    Dispatch times

    In-stock orders are generally dispatched on the same business day. Orders may take longer if there is a stock issue, payment delay, custom tuning requirement or another unforeseen issue.

    Shipping providers

    CJSuspension uses a range of trusted shipping providers, including:

    New Zealand Couriers, Post Haste, NZ Post, EMS and FedEx.

    The carrier used will depend on the destination, parcel size and service required.

    Estimated delivery times

    Within New Zealand, overnight or two-business-day shipping services are generally used.

    International delivery typically takes between 6 and 14 business days, depending on the destination, shipping provider and customs clearance.

    Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or customs processing.

    Tracking

    Tracking information is emailed once your order has been dispatched. Tracking notifications are sent through GoSweetSpot.

    Workshop collection

    Workshop collection is available where this option is offered at checkout. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before collecting it.

    Free shipping

    Free shipping is available on eligible New Zealand product orders over $150.

    Free shipping does not apply to suspension servicing, workshop jobs or international orders.

    Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

    Please contact CJSuspension if your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged. We will assist with the courier investigation where appropriate.

    In some situations, the customer may be required to contact the shipping provider directly or provide photographs, packaging and other supporting information.

    Incorrect delivery addresses

    Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

    Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be changed. We will attempt to redirect the parcel where possible, but additional courier charges may apply.

    Backorders and pre-orders

    Backordered and pre-ordered products will be scheduled for dispatch once they arrive at CJSuspension.

    Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and may change due to supplier, freight or customs delays.

    International duties and taxes

    International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees or charges applied by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to CJSuspension.
