50hr MTB Dropper Post Service
A mid-interval service for dropper posts. Bushings, keyways and seals are inspected, with fresh lubrication and nitrogen pressure adjustment to help restore smooth operation.
What's Included
A mid-interval dropper service to reduce stiction and keep the post running smoothly between complete services.

We’ll contact you before fitting additional replacement parts or carrying out repairs unless they fall within the wear-parts or additional-work allowance you selected when booking. If no relevant allowance was selected, or the cost would exceed it, we’ll seek your approval before proceeding.
- Dropper function checked before servicing
- Outer sleeve removed from upper post and cleaned
- Dropper inspected for wear or damage
- Bushings checked for wear
- Keyways checked for wear and play
- Loose keyways replaced where required
- Seals cleaned and inspected for wear
- IFP chamber repressurised with nitrogen
- Grease and assembly lubrication renewed
- Dropper reassembled to factory torque specifications
- Dropper function checked after reassembly
This 50hr service is available for compatible dropper post models. If inspection identifies worn components or internal issues requiring a 100hr service, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Tell us the dropper make and model and whether you have noticed stiction, slow return or excess play.
Courier Or Drop Off
Courier your dropper to CJSuspension or drop it into our Queenstown workshop. Include the battery or remote if requested.
Service & Return
We inspect and service the dropper, contact you if further work needs approval, then prepare it for collection or return courier.
