Removal and refitting of your booked fork, rear shock or dropper post during its suspension service.

- Suspension function checked on the bike before removal
- Booked fork, rear shock or dropper post removed from the bike
- Suspension mounting hardware and associated frame bearings inspected for wear or damage
- Suspension reinstalled after servicing is complete
- Frame mounting hardware and applicable bearings greased, with fasteners torqued to manufacturer specifications
- Final suspension function check carried out on the bike
Your bike must arrive clean and ready to work on. This is an add-on to a booked suspension service, not a full-bike service.
If your bike requires cleaning, please add a cleaning service when booking.
We’ll contact you before fitting additional replacement parts or carrying out repairs unless they fall within the wear-parts or additional-work allowance you selected when booking. If no relevant allowance was selected, or the cost would exceed it, we’ll seek your approval before proceeding.
Forks, Rear Shocks & Dropper Posts
We can remove and refit compatible mountain bike forks, rear shocks and dropper posts. Let us know the bike and suspension model when booking so we can confirm the work required.
Queenstown Workshop Drop-Off
Bring your clean, complete bike to CJSuspension in Queenstown. Removal and installation require the bike in the workshop. If you are sending only the suspension by courier, this add-on is not needed.
