25hr MTB Air Rear Shock Service
A light air sleeve service for new or low-hour air shocks, or as a refresh between larger services. Existing seals are cleaned and inspected, grease and lubrication renewed, and the air chamber recharged with nitrogen.

We’ll contact you before fitting additional replacement parts or carrying out repairs unless they fall within the wear-parts or additional-work allowance you selected when booking. If no relevant allowance was selected, or the cost would exceed it, we’ll seek your approval before proceeding.
- Damper checked on hand dyno
- Air pressure recorded
- Mounting hardware inspected for wear
- Air sleeve removed and cleaned
- Air sleeve seals cleaned and inspected for wear
- Grease and assembly lubrication renewed
- Air sleeve reassembled
- Air chamber charged with nitrogen
- Air pressure returned to the original or recommended starting point
- Shock function checked after reassembly on hand dyno
If the air sleeve seals are worn or damaged, we’ll recommend a 50hr Air Rear Shock Service, which includes seal replacement. We’ll confirm this with you before carrying out additional work. If the damper is aerated, a 100hr service is required. The 25hr service is not available for every air shock model.
