We’ll contact you before fitting additional replacement parts or carrying out repairs unless they fall within the wear-parts or additional-work allowance you selected when booking. If no relevant allowance was selected, or the cost would exceed it, we’ll seek your approval before proceeding.
- Lower legs removed and cleaned
- Fork inspected for wear or damage
- Dust wipers cleaned and inspected
- Foam rings replaced
- Lower legs fitted onto the stanchions and lubrication oil renewed
- Foot studs torqued to factory specification
- Function checked
Dust wipers are cleaned and inspected as part of this service. Replacement dust wipers are included in the 50hr Fork Service.

We service mountain bike suspension forks from FOX, RockShox, Marzocchi, Öhlins, DVO and other major suspension brands. If your fork is older or uncommon, contact us before booking so we can confirm parts and service availability.
Queenstown Workshop & Nationwide Service
Drop your fork into our Queenstown workshop or courier your suspension to CJSuspension from anywhere in New Zealand. Current booking availability is shown through our online booking system.
