What to Send
We need the CSU, lower legs and axle for the De-Creak service. Please include all three components if sending your fork disassembled.
Additional Servicing & Repairs
CSU De-Creak treatment can be paired with a 100hr Fork Service. If you send a complete fork without booking a fork service, additional labour may be required for disassembly and reassembly.
We’ll contact you before fitting additional parts or carrying out repairs unless the cost falls within the allowance you selected when booking. If no allowance was selected, or the cost exceeds it, we’ll seek your approval first.
Important
The De-Creak service is not a structural repair. Cracked, bent, excessively worn or loose components may require replacement.
Our De-Creak treatment is designed to eliminate creaking at the crown press-fit interfaces. We carefully inspect the components for wear or damage before proceeding, as their condition can affect the success of the treatment. While our aim is to eliminate the creaking, we cannot guarantee it won’t return over time.
Fork Brands We Service
We assess compatible fork CSUs from FOX, RockShox, Marzocchi, Öhlins and other supported brands. Suitability depends on the condition of the crown and press-fit interfaces.
Queenstown Workshop & Nationwide Service
Drop off your fork at our Queenstown workshop, or courier the CSU, lower legs and axle from anywhere in New Zealand. Please book before sending.
