Calculator
Suspension Hour Meter
Choose the riding style that best matches how you track your use. This gives a practical service guide, not an exact measurement.
This adjusts the service guide based on how hard the suspension is likely being used.
Example: 2 = 2 hrs. Easy riding is counted lower than descending because the suspension is not working as hard.
Example: 0.5 = 30 minutes. Hard descending is weighted higher because this is where suspension works hardest.
If it has never been serviced, enter roughly how many weeks since it was new or since you started riding it.
Trail/Enduro guide: the calculator uses your climb/easy riding time, hard descending time, rides per week and riding level to estimate suspension use against the 25hr, 50hr and 100hr service guides.
Choose a park to use its fixed estimated vertical metres per lap.
450 m per lap
For Bike Park / DH laps, vertical metres are calculated from your laps × the selected park estimate.
Bike Park / DH lap guide adjusts by riding level. Vertical metres per lap are fixed from the selected riding area, so the service guide remains consistent.
If it has never been serviced, enter roughly how many weeks since it was new or since you started riding it.
E-Bike 100hr guide: World Cup / EDR Pro = 1000km, Advanced / Expert = 1250km, Beginner / Intermediate = 1500km.
This calculator is an estimate only. Wet riding, bike park laps, racing, heavy riders, lack of cleaning and harsh conditions can shorten the service interval. If the suspension feels sticky, noisy, harsh, inconsistent or is leaking oil/air, service it earlier. Suspension should also be serviced at least annually, or earlier if this calculator shows it is due.
