Book a Suspension Service

Choose your service date, complete the service form, then courier or drop off your suspension. We will inspect it, confirm any additional work and keep you updated through the workshop process.

01 Step 1

Book a Time Slot

Book a time slot through our online booking calendar so you have an idea of when your suspension will be worked on. We commonly complete work within 24 hours either side of your scheduled booking date, depending on workload and parts availability.

Book Your Service Time

Select your service type, then choose a booking time that works for you.

02 Step 2

Fill Out the Service Form

This form gives us a better understanding of your suspension setup, servicing requirements and riding preferences. Please provide as much information as possible so we can deliver the best service and tuning for your needs.

03 Step 3

Ship Your Suspension

If you are local or dropping off your suspension in person, please skip to Step 4. Securely package and ship your suspension to us using a reliable courier service.

Please include

  • Your full name
  • Your contact number
  • Your return address
  • A note stating, “I have completed the online service form.”

This helps us match your suspension to your booking and service form, and makes sure we have the correct details for return shipping.

04 Step 4

Drop Off Locally

Workshop drop-offs are available during our normal work hours.

Monday to Friday
7:30am to 3:30pm

CJSUSPENSION
Unit 5, 183 Glenda Drive

Important notes for drop-off

  • For dual crown forks, please include the upper crown, lower crown and axle.
  • For lower leg bushing replacement, we require the upper crown and steerer unit, plus the axle, to correctly size the bushings.
  • If you are bringing a complete bike, it must be clean before workshop drop-off.

This helps us complete the service accurately and avoid delays.

05 Step 5

Inspection and Service Approval

Once your suspension has been inspected, we will contact you if additional parts or repairs are required.

Any additional work outside the selected service requires approval before we proceed. Once completed, your suspension will either be shipped back by courier or held for collection.

Additional Parts Approval

Recommended service form option:

“I approve up to $150 NZD in additional worn parts without contact.”

This helps avoid delays for commonly worn items such as bushings, seals, shafts, damper components and mounting hardware.

Service Workmanship Warranty

All CJSUSPENSION service work is covered by a 6-month workmanship warranty from the invoice date.

The warranty covers workmanship related to the service performed. It does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, misuse, lack of maintenance or unrelated parts failure.

If you have any concerns after your service, please contact us before disassembling the suspension so we can assess the issue correctly.

06 Step 6

Billing

Your invoice will be emailed once the job is completed. Payment is required by bank transfer, along with a screenshot confirming the transfer.

07 Step 7

Return Shipping or Collection

Completed jobs will be returned to the shipping address listed on your account unless you advise us otherwise.

We primarily use NZ Couriers and Post Haste. Post Haste is commonly used for fork boxes heading to the North Island on a 2-day service.

We use GoSweetSpot for courier bookings, so tracking details will automatically be emailed once your shipment has been processed.

If you require urgent return shipping, please let us know when booking your service.

Cheers,
CJSUSPENSION
