100hr Vorsprung Telum Service
Telum Setup, Tuning & Workshop Support
Spring setup and damping changes are matched to the exact shock, frame, rider and current configuration using rider feedback and Vorsprung Tuning Hub information where applicable.
Rapid Revalve Tuning
Vorsprung's patent-pending Rapid Revalve system allows the Telum's internal valve stiffness to be changed without a complete shock teardown, rebleed or nitrogen recharge. CJSUSPENSION uses the Vorsprung Tuning Hub, rider feedback and bike information to calculate and apply the revised tune.
- Review rider feedback and current Telum setup
- Confirm bike, rider, spring rate and current Tuning Hub record
- Generate revised valving specification in the Vorsprung Tuning Hub
- Apply Rapid Revalve changes to compression and/or rebound as required
- Reset the recommended external-adjuster baseline
- Function-check and record updated settings
Rapid Revalve is a tuning operation, not a substitute for scheduled Telum servicing. A full service is booked separately when due or when the shock's condition requires it.

Telum Spring Setup
Set up your Telum with the correct spring rate, sag and preload for the rider, bike, shock size and intended riding. CJSUSPENSION can check the existing spring or recommend a compatible Sprindex or SAR spring where appropriate.
- Rider weight with riding gear reviewed
- Bike, frame and shock size confirmed
- Spring rate calculated and checked
- Sag and preload set correctly
- Existing spring suitability reviewed
- Sprindex or SAR options discussed where suitable
Final spring choice depends on shock size, available clearance, spring length and compatibility.

Telum Coil Spring Upgrades
Choose a compatible coil spring to fine-tune spring rate, sag, support and ride feel. CJSUSPENSION checks shock size, spring dimensions and clearance before confirming fitment.
Sprindex Adjustable Coil Spring
Fine-tune spring rate without replacing the coil. Sprindex provides an adjustable rate range to help dial in sag, support and ride feel on a compatible Telum.
- Adjustable spring-rate range
- Fine-tune sag and support
- Vorsprung-branded Telum options
- Correct stroke and fitment checked
The available spring range depends on Telum size and spring compatibility.
Super Alloy Racing Coil Spring
A lightweight fixed-rate spring option for riders who want a precise spring rate and reduced spring weight on a compatible Telum setup.
- Fixed spring-rate options
- EDR 47.5mm to 65mm stroke range
- DH 57.5mm to 76mm stroke range
- POM spacers available where required
- Fitment and clearance checked
The correct spring series, internal diameter and POM spacer requirements must be confirmed before ordering.
Not sure which spring fits?
Provide the Telum size, bike model, rider weight with riding gear, current spring rate and target sag so CJSUSPENSION can help confirm the correct spring option.

Vorsprung Telum Service FAQs
How often should my Vorsprung Telum be serviced?
CJSUSPENSION books complete Telum maintenance as a 100hr service. Vorsprung currently recommends servicing every 100,000m of vertical descent, and the Telum user manual requires service at least once per 12 months with no more than 14 months between services where warranty status depends on servicing.
Can my Telum tune be changed without a full service?
Yes, where the shock is otherwise in serviceable condition. The Rapid Revalve system can change the Telum's internal valve stiffness without a complete teardown, rebleed or nitrogen recharge. CJSUSPENSION uses the Vorsprung Tuning Hub and rider feedback to determine the required change.
Can CJSUSPENSION check my Telum spring rate and preload?
Yes. Provide rider weight with gear, bike model, shock size, riding style and current spring information so spring rate, sag and preload can be reviewed.
