Each Telum is individually configured using your bike, rider weight, terrain, riding style and preferred feel to deliver traction, support and controlled damping for demanding trail, enduro and downhill use.

Complete Telum Tuning Form Check Frame Compatibility
Stroke Length

Select your confirmed frame stroke. Do not increase the stroke beyond the frame manufacturer’s specification.

Shaft Eyelet

The required shaft eyelet depends on the frame. Complete the tuning form or contact us if you are unsure.

Spring Rate

CJSUSPENSION will confirm the appropriate Sprindex range from your completed tuning form.

Ordering process

  1. Complete the Telum Tuning Form
  2. We confirm the final fitment and shock specification
  3. Your Telum is assembled and custom-tuned
  4. We test it, prepare your baseline settings and send it to you

Mounting hardware

The required reducer hardware is included with your Telum.

If your frame uses 30 × 8 mm bearing hardware in the shaft eyelet, the existing bearing kit can normally be reused. A replacement bearing kit can also be purchased separately.

Servicing and warranty


Your Telum is covered by Vorsprung’s two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Annual servicing is required to maintain the full two-year warranty. Setup, servicing and tuning support is available throughout New Zealand.
