Each completed 100hr service receives one entry. Multiple service jobs receive multiple entries.

Bike-store entries

Make sure the customer name is included

Bike stores must include the customer’s full name as the job reference. A store name may be used only when the customer has approved it. Each service job requires a customer name for entry validation and draw-reference purposes.

Promotion Terms & Conditions
  • Each 100hr suspension service receives one entry into the promotion.
  • There are two reward draws, both with the same prize package.
  • Draw 1 promotion period: 11 May 2026–31 July 2026.
  • Draw 2 promotion period: 1 August 2026–30 September 2026.
  • Entries are open from 11 May 2026 until 30 September 2026.
  • The bike store must include the customer’s full name as the job reference.
  • Bike stores may use the store name only if approved by the customer.
  • Each service job requires the customer’s full name for entry validation and draw-reference purposes.
  • The Draw 1 recipient will be announced on 1 August 2026.
  • The Draw 2 recipient will be announced on 1 October 2026.
  • The service voucher prize is valid for one year and expires on 30 September 2027.
  • Prizes can be collected or shipped to a New Zealand address.
  • Fork and frame are not included.
