We service current and earlier Fox VAN R / RC shocks. Each shock is fully inspected during servicing, and we’ll contact you before carrying out any additional repairs or replacement work unless an additional-work allowance has been selected on the booking form.
100hr Fox VAN R / RC Service
A complete coil shock service to refresh the damper, seals and lubrication and keep the shock running smoothly.
- Damper checked on hand dyno
- Shock settings recorded
- Mounting hardware inspected for wear
- Coil spring removed
- Shock completely dismantled
- Shock inspected for wear or damage
- Damper seals replaced
- Grease and assembly lubrication renewed
- Damper fully serviced and vacuum-bled with new damper oil
- Damper IFP chamber recharged with nitrogen
- Shock rebuilt and reassembled to factory torque specifications
- Coil spring refitted
- Settings returned to the original or recommended starting point
- Damper function checked on hand dyno

Compatible Fox VAN R / RC dampers can be custom tuned for rider weight, riding style, terrain and the level of support or comfort required.
