We service current and earlier Öhlins TTX22M / TTX22M.2 shocks. Each shock is fully inspected during servicing, and we’ll contact you before carrying out any additional repairs or replacement work unless an additional-work allowance has been selected on the booking form.
100hr Öhlins TTX22M / TTX22M.2 Service
A complete coil shock service to refresh the damper, seals and lubrication and keep the shock running smoothly.
- Damper checked on hand dyno
- Shock settings recorded
- Mounting hardware inspected for wear
- Coil spring removed
- Shock completely dismantled
- Shock inspected for wear or damage
- Damper seals replaced
- Grease and assembly lubrication renewed
- Damper fully serviced and vacuum-bled with new damper oil
- Damper IFP chamber recharged with nitrogen
- Shock rebuilt and reassembled to factory torque specifications

Fit a Fluid Focus bump stop to your Öhlins TTX22M / TTX22M.2 to improve bottom-out control and support through the last part of the shock travel.
- Correct bump stop fitment confirmed
- Correct cavity and durometer chosen for the shock and rider
- Existing bump stop removed
- Fluid Focus bump stop fitted
- Shock reassembled as required
- Sag and setup checked
- Function checked

No. The SKF seal head assembly is a separate hard part and is not included in the standard service. If replacement is required, we’ll confirm it with you first and discount the service charge accordingly.
