RockShox Kage Servicing
We service current and earlier RockShox Kage shocks where the correct service parts are available. Each shock is inspected during servicing and we’ll contact you before carrying out any additional repairs or replacement work unless an additional-work allowance has been selected on the booking form.
100hr RockShox Kage Service
A complete coil shock service to refresh the damper, seals and lubrication and keep the shock running smoothly.
- Damper checked on hand dyno
- Shock settings recorded
- Mounting hardware inspected for wear
- Coil spring removed
- Shock completely dismantled
- Shock inspected for wear or damage
- Damper seals replaced
- Grease and assembly lubrication renewed
- Damper fully serviced and vacuum-bled with new damper oil
- Damper IFP chamber recharged with nitrogen
- Shock rebuilt and reassembled to factory torque specifications
- Coil spring refitted
- Settings returned to the original or recommended starting point
- Damper function checked on hand dyno

RockShox Kage Custom Damper Tuning
Compatible RockShox Kage dampers can be custom tuned for rider weight, riding style, terrain and the level of support or comfort required.

Coil spring installation is $30, unless purchased as part of a 100hr rear shock service, where installation is included.
